My Story

Louis is one amazing dog super smart super friendly gets along with other dogs. Louis was dumped by his owner. He is only four years old and 13 pounds. He is a bundle of love and joy. Unfortunately Louis was born blind. Don’t let him fool you it makes no difference to him, he finds his way around the house. He finds his way to the backyard to go potty.
