Meet Birdie! Birdie is a beautiful 9-year-old tri-colored tortoiseshell with a quiet confidence and a gentle soul. Thoughtful, observant, and independent, she enjoys taking in the world around her before settling in for her favorite thing-gentle pets and chin scratches from the people she loves. While Birdie may not always be the first to seek attention, she has a sweet, affectionate side that shines once she's comfortable. You'll often find her watching from nearby until Rosie has claimed a cozy spot with her humans, and then Birdie happily joins in for the cuddles. Birdie is bonded with her daughter, Rosie, and they are looking for a forever home where they can stay together. They are both well-socialized, intelligent, easy to care for, and in excellent health. They have lived peacefully with a friendly dog for the past three years and should do well with another dog that respects cats. Although they have enjoyed an indoor/outdoor lifestyle on a farm, they would also be happy with a home that offers a safe backyard to explore. They would do best as the only cats in the household.
