Charlie

Meet Charlie! This beautiful girl was found scared and alone outside before she was brought to us as a stray. Although she started out frightened, Charlie has warmed up to us tremendously since she came in! She's learned how to ask for pets and has even started to purr. Charlie isn't 100% sure that she's safe though, and sometimes a loud noise or fast movement can startle her. These moments have become less and less as time has gone on, and we're hopeful that settling into her forever home will be the final piece she needs to be herself. Charlies ideal home would be one she has all to herself. We don't have much of a history on her, but she's fought hard for the ability to be comfortable in a new home and this a be harder with another animal. It's possible in her future she may be comfortable being introduced to another cat, but she should get the chance to feel safe first. Charlie is only 8 months old, so she's got a lot of life and love to give- you just have to be willing to give her the chance!
