Meet Clio: The Quiet Observer With a Gentle Soul Clio arrived at Desert Paws Rescue with her sister Callie after growing up with very little positive human interaction. Because of that, she started her journey timid and unsure but this sweet girl has been slowly, steadily discovering that people can be safe, comforting, and even... kind of wonderful. Clio is a *gentle, sensitive cat* who thrives in a calm environment. She loves having a cozy spot by the window where she can watch the world go by, and she's learning that soft voices and slow movements mean good things. With patient humans, she leans into pets and enjoys interactive play wand toys are her love language. Although she and Callie arrived together, they are *not bonded*, and in fact, Clio will blossom best in a home *without her sister*. Separating them allows her to build confidence on her own instead of relying on her sibling as a security blanket. When given space to grow, Clio shows more curiosity, more bravery, and more of her true personality. Clio is looking for an adopter with a kind heart, a quiet home, and the patience to let her come around on her own terms.
