My Story
Franklin is a handsome Domestic Shorthair mix with sleek dark fur, soulful eyes, and the kind of curious expression that makes you wonder exactly what hes thinking about. This sweet boy is searching for a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and part of the family. While he may take a moment to observe his surroundings, Franklins gentle and friendly personality quickly begins to shine once he feels comfortable. Franklin enjoys a nice balance of playtime and relaxation. He loves batting around fuzzy mice, chasing feather wands, pouncing on interactive toys, and showing off sudden bursts of zoomies that are sure to make you smile. When playtime is over, hes happiest curled up in a soft blanket, stretched across a cozy cat tree perch, or relaxing beside his favorite humans for some quiet companionship. He especially enjoys ear scratches, chin rubs, head bumps, and being talked to like part of the conversation. This affectionate boy appears to be litter trained, gets along well with other cats, and forms loyal bonds with the people he trusts. Churu treats, Delectables, and wet food toppers are some of his favorite rewards, and hes perfectly content grazing from a food bowl throughout the day whenever hunger strikes. Franklin will benefit from regular brushing, nail trims, playtime, and mental enrichment to help keep him happy and engaged.
