My Story

Meet Honey Bun, a gorgeous 8-year-old tuxedo cat with a truly amazing white mustache! This unique girl is also polydactyl, meaning she has extra thumbs on her paws that make her look like she is wearing mittens. Honey Bun was found outside, but because she is so incredibly sweet, loving, and adores human attention, she clearly had a home at some point in her past. She is a total sweetheart who loves to cuddle, but she is very clear about one boundary: she does not like other cats and insists on being the only feline queen of her castle. Because of her gentle and lovable nature, she would do wonderfully in a home with respectful, older children who can give her all the affection she deserves. If you're looking to add a little sweetness to your life, Honey Bun could be the perfect fit for you! Please also consider fostering as an alternative to adoption. To learn more, go to: http://thecatconnection.org/get-involved/foster/ Adoption Fee (effective 3/15/24) 12 mos. $375 1-4 yrs $300 5-9 yrs. $250 10+ yrs. $125 These fees fund spay/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, and combo testing (feline leukemia and FIV) for your adopted cat, rescue efforts, shelter, and veterinary care. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two! The Cat Connection is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)organization of volunteers who rescue homeless cats. To find out more about us, please visit our website: http://thecatconnection.org/
