Meet Howser! When Howser's human sadly passed away, Howser and his cat friends came to Anti Cruelty to find a new home. Understandably, they have been confused in the absense of their loving person but they are so looking forward to settling in with a new family. Howser is a sweet cat who just needs to get out of the shelter and decompress in a loving home so he can show off how sweet and caring he is. Thinking about adding a friend to your family?
