So listen..... we know she is a chunky one.... but she is the best girl ever! Kaia is a self-appointed queen bee of the household and everyones favorite companion. At 10 years old, Kaia has perfected the art of being your tiny furry supervisor. She will be the first to greet you at the door every single day, ready to give you a full rundown of everything you missed while you were gone. Expect conversations, opinions, and lots of personality! When Kaia first came to us, she was extremely overweight. Since then, she has worked hard on her weight-loss journey and is feeling so much healthier. With all that success came a little extra loose skin and honestly, its our favorite part! Her adorable waddles and squishy rolls make her extra lovable. The vets do not perform kitty tummy tucks, so Kaia is proudly embracing her curves. If youre someone who appreciates a little jiggle and a lot of charm, Kaia is your girl. Kaia gets along just fine with cats and dogs, but she is not interested in being their best friend. No cuddling, no group naps, no nonsense. Kaia prefers to reserve her affection for humans only. She coexists peacefully with other pets while maintaining her royal status from a comfortable distance. Kaia also loves children, anyone willing to give her affection is good enough for her. Kaia is looking for a home where she can be adored for the hilarious, affectionate, confident cat she is. Adoption fee is $150 PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters. Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.
