Snuggly, Purr Machine, Sweet If Minnie looks a little rumpled right now, it's for a good reason - this young lady came to APA! underweight and healing from a gunshot wound. She previously lived as an outdoor community cat, but when a Good Samaritan saw that she was injured, they rescued her. It's kind of miraculous story! Minnie Miracle is recovering well from her subsequent surgery and is putting on weight! Because she's a snuggler and loves people and affection, we are sure that getting the care and love she deserves has fueled her recovery. She will sit happily on your chest, purr up a storm, and make muffins for days. Now that Minnie is feeling better, she is getting more interested in playing! Noodle-type toys fascinate her at this point. She also indulges her curious side by exploring around the house. She spends lots of time with her humans, and is sweet, gentle, and friendly. She may be shy at first, but not for long. She seems like she would do well with older kids, as long as they were respectful with her. Minnie might like a home with another chill cat, too! She has been curious about the resident cats in her foster home. Minnie is a petite but mighty girl! She has a pretty brown tabby coat that is getting more lush and striking over time. She may always have a slight limp, or it might disappear as she gets stronger.
