I was found as a stray in the Capital Region in the middle of December and brought into Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital by a good Samaritan who had been feeding me. I had round worms at the time which were treated and cleared. I had lesions on both of my ear tips that were suspected to be frostbite, but when they were removed and sent for biopsy, unfortunately, they came back as squamous cell carcinoma. I stayed at CDVRH, looking for a home, but I am very shy and was very nervous. After a couple of months, I was taken in to foster by one of the veterinarians there and moved into my new foster home where I am feeling more comfortable. I know that my ear cancer can grow back, but I am still looking for a calm, quiet home where I can be comfortable. I like pets on my back, head and under my chin. Approx.
