Meet Nip and Tuck, two handsome brothers who are ready to find the patient, loving home they deserve. These boys started life in circumstances that weren't kind to them, but thanks to their wonderful foster family, they've grown up safe, healthy, and full of potential.
Nip is your classic tabby heartthrob. He's come a long way from the shy little guy he once was - he's discovered that pets and scritches are basically the best thing ever, and he'll reward you with the most magnificent purr you've ever heard. These days, he seeks out his humans for affection all on his own. He hasn't quite committed to the lap life yet, but give him time - he's clearly warming up to the idea.
Tuck cuts a dashing figure in his tuxedo coat and is absolutely worth every moment of patience. He's made real progress - he'll accept gentle pets and loves nothing more than an enthusiastic feather toy session, playing until he's completely worn out. He can still be a little shy if approached too quickly (complete with the cutest little hiss you've ever heard), and he's not a fan of being picked up just yet. But his foster family believes the best thing for Tuck is finding his forever home, where he can settle in, feel secure, and truly blossom.
These two are a package deal, and that's non-negotiable - for good reason. Nip and Tuck are deeply bonded. They play together, cuddle up together when the games are done, and if one loses track of the other, he'll call out until they're reunited. Adopting them means giving them each other, which is the greatest gift of all.
Nip and Tuck will thrive in a calm, quieter household with adults or older children who understand the importance of moving slowly, giving space, and letting a cat come to you on their own terms. They are not a good fit for homes with small children or a lot of unpredictable activity. In the right environment, these boys will repay your patience tenfold.
If you're ready to give two deserving boys the soft landing they've been working toward, Nip and Tuck just might be your perfect match.
The adoption fee is $250.
Nip and Tuck were born around 3/1/26. They have been neutered and vaccinated. They are litter box trained.
We recommend adopting two kittens if you have no other pets (or even if you do), because you will get twice the love with less work and they will develop fewer behavioral issues, while costs remain relatively similar.
We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.
When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?
All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.
