Spud is calm, curious, and gentle. He adores attention. He wants you to hold him, cuddle, sit in your lap, or lay on your feet. He follows his foster family around as he likes to just be involved in what everyone is doing. He's easy to handle and confident enough to tackle new adventures. He knows no strangers, and makes friends with everyone. Spud plays but we call him a "lazy player". He likes to lay or sit down and maybe he'll catch a wand toy if it's close enough. He's definitely a laid back couch potato. His most endearing trait is that he flops. He likes to roll on the floor and show off his big, beautiful belly. He loves other cats and wants to make friends with them quickly. Spud has a nice, relaxed energy that makes him friends with all the cats he's met so far in foster. He would additionally likely be fine going home as a solo cat so he can be spoiled with all of your attention. He also loves kids, as he follows around the foster family's toddler meowing and asking for attention. Spud seems to be fine with dogs (as long as the dog is respectful of his space and not too boisterous). He would be a great addition to many different families.
