Meet Thelma, a two month old Domestic Longhaired kitten.
Thelma is a fluffy kitten with a big personality and an even bigger purr! This sweet girl is friendly, playful, and loves being close to her people. Whether she’s curling up beside you for a nap or soaking up attention, Thelma is happiest when she’s spending time with her family.
A champion snuggler, Thelma enjoys napping near her humans and will happily reward you with loud purrs. When she’s feeling playful, feather toys are some of her favorites. She is litter box trained in her foster home and has done well with cats, dogs, and young children. She has been around kids as young as 7 months and 2 years old and would make a wonderful addition to a family with little ones.
While Thelma can be a bit cautious around dogs at first, she warms up with time and does well once she gets to know them. She also adores her sister, Teresa. Teresa isn’t quite available for adoption yet, but if you’re looking for a bonded pair, you can place a hold on her and bring these sisters home together when she’s ready.
Thelma has been an indoor-only kitten and would love to remain an indoor companion where she can stay safe, comfortable, and close to her people.

Thelma is still in foster but is scheduled to be spayed on 6.18.26 and will be back at the shelter after. If you are interested in adopting her we are currently accepting applications and can place holds on her at this time.

Your adoption fee includes: A lovable new companion, spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations + deworming, flea/tick treatment, rabies vaccine (for pets 3-4 months and older), and microchip with nationwide registration.
