Tinder

Tinder has had a mountain to climb in his short life, but this incredibly brave boy is officially ready for his forever home. In February, our team rescued Tinder from a severe hoarding situation alongside 15 other cats. Like the others, Tinder arrived sick, malnourished, and deeply shaken. It took five months of intensive veterinary care, but Tinder proved to be a fighter. He successfully beat Panleukopenia, overcame calicivirus and ringworm, and fully recovered from a necessary eye surgery (an entropion repair). Because of severe matting, Tinder had to be shaved when he arrived. His gorgeous, plush coat is already growing back, and before long, he will be the stunning, long-haired gentleman he was always meant to be! Despite everything he has been through, Tinder is one of the sweetest, most gentle souls you will ever meet. He took some time to learn to trust humans, but now he absolutely blossoms when given affection. Tinder prefers to keep his paws on the floor. He isn't a big fan of being picked up, held, or heavily fussed with, making him a wonderful match for someone who respects a cat's independence. Tinder gets along beautifully with all other cats, is incredibly peaceful, and never starts any conflict. Tinder has spent months fighting to get healthy, and now he just wants a quiet, loving home where he can feel safe and cherished.
