TURF*

Meet Turf (of Surf ‘n Turf)! This orange and white male kitten. Turf came into the Shelter as an underage kitten found outside a market with his sister Surf. They went to a loving foster home where they grew big and strong and socialized with the two (and four legged) friends in the home. They have experience with cat-savvy dogs and older children and did well. Their foster reports: “They are delights who purr when picked up and love exploring their world. Surf (the b and w female) is the bolder and feistier of the two. Turf (the male) is a little chiller/ more reserved.” Surf is available for pre-adoption. Come meet him, fall in love and take him home after his neuter surgery! Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
