He recently took a field trip out of the shelter and this is what his foster said about him: Grie Man was an absolute joy to spend the day with at the James Island County Park. He loved taking in all the new sights and smells along the trails, stopping occasionally to investigate interesting scents, but he never pulled or made the walk difficult. He definitely wanted to play with other dogs, and would get quite excited when passing them, but only needed minor verbal redirects to keep walking. Grie Man is also incredibly affectionate and very eager to meet new people. Throughout the walk, he happily accepted pets and attention from anyone willing to stop and say hello. I have no doubt he’d make a great companion to a family or an individual looking for a strong bond and even stronger friend.
