Shelter Assessment: Potty Trained Leashed Trained Not Destructive in Home Environment Loves Toys and bones Knows Sit, Down, Off Low Energy Food/Treat Motivated Can get Jumpy Did well with vetting with a tennis ball in her mouth DOG MEET AND GREET REQUIRED Blizzard is aged at 4 years, easy to leash, walks pretty good on the leash, knows sit and paw, takes treats gentle very treat motivated, loves toys and allows you to take them with no issues, was able to touch everywhere including tugging on her tail, ears and paws at first she was nervous and peed on the floor when we touched her but after time in the room she did come up to us for Lovin's and pets. Blizzard is current on shots, licensed, and microchipped. All dogs over 6 months have been heartworm tested, and all dogs are treated monthly for fleas/ticks and are on Heartworm prevention (NexGard PLUS). All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption. All our dogs receive a behavior assessment before being placed for adoption to determine initial behaviors towards people and other dogs in the shelter environment.
