Meet Britney! Britney is the cutest little scruffy girl with an even sweeter personality. She loves chewing on bones, exploring the world around her, and spending time with her favorite people. Every day she's learning something new, and she's making wonderful progress with her training. Britney gets especially excited when she sees other dogs because she just wants to play! Sometimes her enthusiasm can be a bit overwhelming, so she'll benefit from continued guidance and thoughtful introductions when meeting new canine friends.
Once she's gotten her energy out, Britney is all about affection. Face rubs, belly scratches, and quality cuddle time are some of her favorite things, and she'll happily soak up every bit of attention you have to offer. With her playful spirit, loving heart, and adorable scruffy face, Britney is sure to make an incredible companion - and she's convinced she's the perfect size to be your giant lap dog. If you're looking for a fun-loving best friend with endless affection to give, Britney can't wait to meet you!
Britney is a 2.5-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Britney is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She would do best in a home without felines. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, adoption applications are processed within 12 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
