Special Needs/Concerns: None Bio: Butters is a new arrival from our Mexico shelter from the 400 dog hoarding case 2 years ago. She has made many friends at TAP HQ, but we are still learning about her. She likes to play, get pets, and go for walks. She cannot have any other dogs nor cats in her home. However she can walk near other dogs without reactivity.
