Meet Butters! This 1 year old 10lb cutie is looking for his forever family! He was found on the streets of Houston by a good samaritan and his family wasn't located or looking for him:(. But someone else's loss is definitely someone's huge gain - he's a sweetie beyond belief! His foster mom says: "If you’re looking for a dog to be your best friend, Butters is the one for you! Butters is by far the most sweet dog I ever met! He’s has the perfect level of energy but also loves to sleep and chill as much as he can. He is a lap dog for sure! His favorite thing to do is to snuggle whenever you are. Anytime we are in the couch or the bed, he wants to join. He’s going to be your best friend! A partner for life. A true love! Butters is GREAT with kids and other dogs because he loves to play. Not sure about cats but I think he’ll be great too, cause he is the sweetest. He doesn’t care if you touch him while he’s eating or doing anything else. He never growls to anything or anyone. He’s a true angel and becomes besties with every person he meets. He is great living in apartments as long as he have toys to play and chew! If you can’t take him out everyday, don’t worry about it. He is pad trained also and will do all his business in the pad but also loves to go on walks. When we take him to the dog park he is always the faster runner and play well with all the other dogs. I think he would be happier if he’s in a place where people are more around, like a person who works from home - he is sad when I leave for work in the morning. Or maybe with a sibling dog to play with!
