Cannon

Cannon is a Sheepadoodle and needs a new home. Sweetest dog ever but resource guards his main human. He needs to be the only dog in the home. He is great with children and fine with other dogs but loves hisi people the best. He only resource guards his owner. If anyone comes in the owner's room to tell her goodnight he low growls. No aggression. He is very sweet and loving. He loves everyone he meets! He gives the best hugs and all around makes me feel very safe . He is 6 years old and waiting on his weight. He is very patient with other dogs,but prefers adult humans. He has been safe with children, but does prefer adults. He is always up for a good cuddle, pet, run, walk, paddleboard, car ride, but at home he is happiest looking out the window guarding the house. He barks when he sees threatening things outside, like delivery drivers, yard workers, headlights, lol. He is a good hugger like many doodles are. He wraps his paws around your waist and likes to just hang out and hug. He will get restless if he doesn't get enough hugs per day. We have taught him to sit and wait until he is invited for a hug, but sometimes he loses control of that when he is excited. He is a velcro boy and follows me around the house. Sleeps on or next to the bed and is crate trained as well but doesn't need it. Applications are at codysfriendsrescue.org
