Pick will be 8/17/2024 in Edmond OK Adoption fee of $150 Meet Cesar, the sweetest little guy. Cesar came to us after being surrendered to a local vet clinic with a severe bowel blockage (from what vets believed was rubber) requiring emergency surgery. Cesar has fully recovered, though still very thin, but healthy. Cesar requires an adult home…a retiree or someone who works from home would be perfect. He’s great with other non-dominant, small dogs, but would be just as happy as an only pet getting all the lap time without needing to share. No large dogs. Cesar is crate, leash & doggie door trained. Cesar is 16 months old…his weight is up to about 5lbs, but needs to gain at least another pound. Fully vetted, dewormed, heartworm tested & on preventative, vaccinated, neutered & micochipped.
