Chelsea

Chelsea was seen being used as bait by people at a street corner, forcing cars to come to a stop to be approached for money. A good Samaritan "bought" her and got her safe. Now she is looking for a safe, caring home where she will be treated as the treasure she is! Cody's adopts dogs in the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area, and does not adopt puppies under the age of six months into apartment homes.
