Location: Monticello, MN Oh hello- I'm Emerson! I was rescued from a pretty rough a situation where I was covered in ticks, underweight and scared. I'm slowly gaining confidence and am the sweetest boy ever. I have no fight (unless foods involved) - all flight. I do best eating meals in my kennel where I feel I am safe to do so / that this food is mine and no one else's. I'm a little scared of other dogs initially so slow intros are key but I do warm up, I just need to make sure they're not there to hurt me. My foster mama thinks I'm a Pyrenees mix as I have double dew claws; I am a big boy. My foster mama says whoever gets to add me to their family will be the luckiest family ever so what do you say? Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
