My Story

She is a little shy and nervous at first around people. The energy of kids is sometimes a little scary. But the minute she sees another dog her playful personality comes out. She loves to play with dogs and hasn't met a toy she doesn't like. She seems to do well on a walk but will need some training to be the best walking buddy because right now she is a bit all over the place with smells and sights. She's in her puppy chew era and needs to be corrected with something appropriate to chew on. She has interest in treats and is starting to work for them with basic obedience commands. Now that she knows I am safe she follows me from room to room and will curl up at my feet. She is inching closer to being a snuggle buddy with me, though she would love to cuddle up to another dog more. Only one accident in the house so far but we take regular potty breaks and is learning to ring a bell to go out. She will willingly go into her crate but doesn't love it and will whine some. She settles easily if it's covered though.
