Glacier

Most glaciers move at a famously slow pace, inching forward over centuries and quietly reshaping the landscape. Glacier, however, did not get that memo. This Glacier moves much faster, especially when people show up. The moment he spots a new friend, his tail gets to work and his whole body leans happily into the moment. He is friendly, playful, and always ready to spend time with his people. He enjoys walks, playtime, and a spirited round of what can best be described as "lazy fetch," where the ball goes out and returns somewhere in your general vicinity. Efficiency matters. Rear end scratches are also taken very seriously, and accepting that assignment may reveal just how quickly this Glacier can move. Glacier is an active, people-loving dog who would thrive in a home with plenty of interaction, playtime, and shared adventures. Stop by the Fredericksburg SPCA Tuesday through Sunday from 12-6 PM to meet him. Just be warned: once Glacier decides you are his person, the melting process may begin immediately.
