Hoover is a handsome tan Terrier with a big personality and a gentle heart. He came to North Baldwin Animal Shelter after his owner could no longer care for him. Hoover is fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and ready for a loving home. He enjoys short walks, soft beds, and being near people.
