Please read all of the description before contacting us. Meet Mario! Mario is a handsome 3-year-old, 10.4-pound little guy who is ready for a fresh start and a family of his own. He was surrendered to an overcrowded shelter simply because his owner no longer wanted him. When he arrived, poor Mario was severely matted and filthy, requiring a complete shave-down. He also had a raw, irritated nose that is healing nicely with antibiotics. After a veterinary workup, more serious concerns were ruled out, and Mario is feeling better every day. Despite the neglect he experienced, Mario has remained incredibly sweet, friendly, and loving. He enjoys being around people and would thrive in a home where someone is around frequently to shower him with the love and attention he deserves. He loves going for walks and would be especially happy with a securely fenced yard where he can play one of his favorite games—fetch! Mario is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and has even had a dental cleaning. He's healthy, happy, and ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family that will cherish him forever. Mario's adoption donation is $350.
