Hello, my name is: Marvin Approx. DOB: 01/17/2019 Weight: 81.4 lbs Sex/Breed: Neutered male Labrador Retriever Rescued From: Breeding kennel Marvin is the sweetest gentleman who has spent his life as a breeding dog, and now it's finally his turn to simply be loved. Gentle, quiet, and easygoing, Marvin is happiest just being near his people. He'll wander over for a few pets when he's feeling brave, let out the cutest little grunt every time he lays down, and sleeps contentedly at the foot of the bed each night. He's still learning that people can be trusted, so quick movements can make him back away, but with patience and kindness, his sweet personality continues to shine through. Marvin seems to understand house manners and just needs a little polishing. He enjoys spending time outdoors, appears to be cat friendly, and would do best with a canine companion who can help build his confidence. In the right home, he could also do well as an only pet. We think he'd love to tag along with his people for life's everyday adventures (coffee trips, t-ball games, or picnics at the park). After giving so much of himself, Marvin deserves a family devoted to giving him the comfort, security, and unconditional love he's always deserved.
