Hello- my name is Matilda! I was rescued from a testing facility where I was kept in a cage. I am just now learning what being a dog is supposed to be about. I am still quite shy, but do much better when there is another dog- so Guardians is requiring adopters already have a social/friendly dog in the household. I am estimated to be 2-3yrs old and weigh about 25lbs. I will need help with potty and leash training. The dog trainer here says I need to "learn to dog"- it is just going to take time and someone willing to help me. My $650 adoption fee includes vet exam, bloodwork, up to date vaccines, spay, deworming and preventatives while in our care, heartworm test (negative) and microchip.
