Meet Milo! Milo is a gentle soul who’s been feeling a little anxious in the shelter, but he’s always happy to get some pets or lean in for affection when he’s ready. With his gentle nature and soft tail wags, he is a real charmer! In our care Milo was treated for some skin issues that were determined to be caused by underlying allergies, but with continued and consistent intervention he will be in tip top shape in no time! When it comes to other dogs, Milo can be a bit unsure at first but seems interested so if you already have a pup at home, a meet-and-greet is encouraged to make sure everyone vibes well. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle buddy who just needs a little patience and a lot of love, Milo might be your perfect match! This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff! Be sure to check the "shelter information" box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Michael R. Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
