Meet Noa! Aloha! I'm Noa, one of the handsome boys from the Hawaiian Litter. I had to wait an extra day at the shelter before there was room for me in rescue, but thankfully Rubies & Rogues didn't forget about me. Once I made it into foster care, everything changed. I'm learning that people are kind, toys are fun, and every meal doesn't have to be uncertain. I'm expected to grow into a medium to large mixed-breed dog and am looking for a family that's excited to help me continue building confidence while enjoying everything puppyhood has to offer.
