My Story

How Nova arrived:Nova was brought in by her previous owner on June 12, 2026. Why Nova is the one for you:Nova is a shining star who just needs a little time to let her light glow. This sweet and sensitive girl can be cautious when meeting new people, especially in unfamiliar environments, but with patience, gentle encouragement, and a few kind words, she begins to blossom and show her affectionate side. Once she feels comfortable, Nova enjoys attention, happily accepts pets, and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. She is playful, active, and loves spending time with other dogs, whether on walks, at the park, or during play sessions. Nova already knows several cues, is house trained, crate trained, and enjoys having a cozy space of her own where she can relax and recharge. While new situations can make her a bit nervous at first, her confidence grows with support, and watching her come out of her shell is incredibly rewarding. For an adopter willing to let her move at her own pace, Nova is ready to bring a whole nova level of love, loyalty, and companionship into your life. Please bring a leash & collar when adopting. At SDHS:Nova has been vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Nova is now ready for adoption! Primary Color: Gold Secondary Color: Black Weight: 38lbs Age: 1yrs 4mths 1wks Animal has been Spayed
