Orielha

Orielha is a sweet, loving dog who just needs a patient home to continue building confidence. She's house-trained, walks beautifully on a harness, and enjoys playing, running, and even jogging. She can be a little sensitive to touch around her back and may startle easily, so she does best with someone who can read her cues and go at her pace. She can be a bit vocal when excited or playing, and has a fun, energetic personality. Orielha would do best in a home with teens or older, and could live with another calm dog. With time and understanding, she's a really special girl who will continue to blossom. This dog came to us from All Sato Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs from the streets and beaches of Puerto Rico. "Sato" is Puerto Rican slang for mixed-breed dogs - each one unique and on a journey to a better life. Ready to adopt? This dog is in one of our Foster Homes and will require an appointment to meet. Appointments can be made Tuesday - Sunday from 12:30 - 4:30 pm and may take a few days to coordinate.
