While he can be a little reserved when meeting new people, he quickly warms up once he feels safe. At the end of an active day, Polito is just as happy curling up on the couch or in his cozy dog bed for some well-earned snuggles. Among dozens of neglected small dogs, Polito was rescued by a dedicated animal advocate who discovered he shared a particularly close bond with another little dog named Pilar. Despite spending much of his life without the love and stability every dog deserves, Polito has embraced his second chance with incredible resilience. His joyful spirit shines through every day, proving that his difficult past hasn't defined him.
