Puppy Tiva

Hi! I'm Tiva and possibly the cutest puppy on Earth (well, in my own puppy mind, at least). I think I'm about 5 months old and am growing really fast! I'm around 45 lbs., at least for the moment. I'm being told I'm gonna be a big girl. I wound up at a shelter because my littermates and I were abandoned. The shelter reached out to Bay Area German Shepherd Rescue, and my lucky day was when these kind people took me into foster care until I find my own permanent home! I am really confident about new adventures and absolutely love meeting people, especially if they offer a lap for me to snuggle in—maybe my favorite place to be, even better if it's accompanied by lots of belly scratches. I even have good manners, like knowing not to jump (oops... honestly, I forget on rare occasions, but it's just a gentle jump). I'm pretty easy on a leash and take treats ever so gently! And I do love treats—they're right up there with those belly rubs! I love playing with polite dogs. My best friend at my foster's home is a huge 90-lb. German Shepherd. He lets me do the chasing and doesn't tumble me, which I really appreciate since I'm only around 45 lbs. I know I'm a bit of a mix since I can't seem to get my ears to stand. They won't even try, in spite of my human's patient coaching. No worries—I'm cute enough to charm everyone I meet! But remember, I'm all puppy! Everything that's not attached to something goes into my mouth. I'm not selective, but if my foster mom says, "No," I do listen—at least for that one item! Then it's on to the next...
