Meet Roseanne Roseanne is a 4-year-old Toy Poodle weighing 5.4 pounds. She is a sweet girl who loves her treats and gets excited to greet new people. Roseanne would thrive in a home with another confident dog to keep her company and help her feel secure. Her friendly, affectionate nature makes her a delightful companion. While in our care, Roseanne has received Heartworm treatment and will need follow-up care to ensure a happy, healthy life. To help ensure a smooth transition, we ask that all household members participate in a meet and greet so Roseanne can get comfortable with her new family. ------ Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly.
