Meet Rudy! We took this incredibly sweet, gentle boy on Saturday. He might be in rough shape right now but we’re going to heal him both inside & out. Even through being neglected & starved, he will still wag his tail & perk up when people pay him any attention. Don’t be sad! Rudy’s on the mend!
