Meet Savvy, a 4 to 5 year old, 60 pound Pit Bull who has somehow convinced everyone at the shelter that they are his favorite person. Staff and volunteers fell for him almost immediately, and its easy to see why. With his gentle nature, soulful eyes, and sweet personality, Savvy has a way of making every interaction feel special. Savvy isn't the type of dog who needs a basket full of toys to keep him happy. His favorite thing in the world is simply being with his people. Whether he's leaning in for pets, walking by your side, or looking up at you for approval, Savvy is happiest when he's sharing his day with someone he loves. This handsome boy takes treats with remarkable gentleness and is eager to learn. He's smart, attentive, and picks up on new routines quickly. Most of all, he genuinely wants to make his people happy, which makes spending time with him an absolute joy. Savvy has also been dog friendly during his stay with us and would be a great fit for a family with older children who can appreciate his affectionate, loyal nature. If you're looking for a best friend who will be your shadow, your biggest fan, and your constant companion, Savvy is ready to fill that role. *Reminder* We are currently facilitating adoptions through appointment only.
