Meet Shelton! Shelton was surrendered to CCHS this October after being bounced around a little in his short 6 months of life. He came to us due to him having more puppy energy than his owners could handle. Shelton is a stunning 7.3lbs Sheltie with a luscious tan and white coat. He would benefit from an active home and lots of space to get his zoomies out! His previous owners said he wasn’t having the best time getting along with their cats, so Shelton might do best without any feline friends in the home. With any pup, training and socialization are incredibly important to their future success. Apply for Shelton today!
Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response.
The adoption fee is $500. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
