Meet Snarls Barkley, a pint-sized white and tan Shih Tzu mix with a big personality! At just 1 year old and 12.6 pounds, I'm an energetic little guy who loves playtime with other dogs - so if you've got a canine buddy at home, we'll be best friends in no time. I'm neutered and ready to go, though I do need a patient owner who understands that I can be a bit shy when we first meet (but don't worry, my mischievous side comes out soon enough!).
