Spencer

This is Spencer - a "jack rat" terrier 2-3 years old. He came in from animal control -his owners were allowing him to roam freely and not taking care of him. After some much needed veterinary care, Spencer is now ready to be adopted! Spencer has lots of personality -he is super outgoing and has no idea that he is a little dog, he is afraid of nothing! He would be a great dog for a more active home looking for a dog that would like to go for long walks. He is good with other dogs after a slow introduction -again, he is unaware of his size and thinks of himself as a "big man". Older kids would be fine -we do not know about cats. Spencer is very smart and has learned commands easily. We know he will be a great pet for some lucky home! Spencer is up to date with shots, neutered, crated trained/housebroken, and treated for heartworms/on prevention. However, we do not transport nor ship sight unseen pets for many reasons. We require travel in person adoption.
