Contact his foster, Kat, at [email protected] to meet him. Sunny is the perfect move-in ready pup. He is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. He knows sit, stay, and come, and he waits patiently for his food in a nice sit until you give him permission to eat. He is very treat motivated, so he is very easy to teach. He’s great in public. He loves everyone that he meets - young and old. He’s a big fan of Frank’s beer shop! He has also adventured with his foster to the gym, where he snoozed while people listened to music and dropped loud weights all around him. He enjoys a car ride, surfing along in the back seat. At home, he’s a sleepy and chill guy who is ready to curl up at your feet, snuggle on the sofa, follow you around the house, or snooze in a crate while you’re at work. He’s a cuddle bug who wants to be close all the time, though he is good at self-soothing. He has been dog friendly with every dog he has met. He is very interested in other dogs though, and sometimes he gets a little excited. He does well other more relaxed dogs who can teach him to slow down. Slow intros always recommended. Sunny was a volunteer favorite at the shelter, and he steals the hearts of everyone he meets. He’s been in the shelter since February, but you would never know it. He’s thriving in foster now. He’s resilient and loving, and he is ready for his fur-ever family.
