Meet Tobie! This precious little terrier mix was found as a stray, and she was scooped right up and is now living her best life in foster. Estimated to be around 3 years old, this sweet girl is learning the ropes of being a pampered pup, which right now consists of working on her manners, making doggy friends, and trying her best to be a professional lap dog! She gets along well with other dogs, and just wants to be right in your lap. What she may lack in perfect manners, she will make up for in snuggles and a lifetime of love!
