He was abandoned by his owners at an overcrowded high kill shelter where we rescued him moments before being killed for space. He is very grateful for that which he shows every day. He is very people oriented and he would very much like to leave the “Arfanage for dogs” and have a home or a foster of his own where he can thrive instead of cowering & being shut down. Winter is vaccinated, chipped and neutered. Gets along with other dogs. He would make a great companion for someone looking for a Best Friend or an adventure buddy. He is mellow, happy, quiet and an overall happy guy who would love to have a home to call his own at last.
