Meet Teddy! Teddy is an affectionate, social cat who would love a new home where his requests for cuddles and affections will be encouraged and appreciated. While he can be nervous at first and take a while to warm up to a new environment and new people, he really is looking forward to meeting his new family to offer him lots of love when he is ready. He can be a playful guy but also loves to lounge around and watch out the window. Having plenty of spots available for an optimal viewing experience of the neighbors depending on the time of day will be on his wish-list. He came into our care when he was not getting along with other male cats in the home, which was causing a lot of stress for everyone. He was recently neutered, but moving forward if he is going to possibly living with another cat, living with a mellow and non-confrontational female cat might be more likely to be successful. Cats: Teddy has previously displayed stress behaviors related to living with other male cats. Consideration of other cats in an adoptive home would depend on sex, personality match and household set-up. Dogs: Teddy has previously lived with a dog and may do well with dogs in an adoptive home.
