She has come a long way during her time in foster care, graduating from her own 12-step program of learning that the world isn't such a scary place. While fast movements can still make her nervous, she continues to grow more confident every day. Once Wapka learns that she is safe and loved, her sweet side shines through. She will happily crawl into your lap and soak up all the head rubs and affection you can give. The trust she gives is something truly special and well worth the wait. Wapka absolutely loves sitting and watching children play. She would love to be adopted with her sister, which would make her one very happy girl.
