Special Needs/Concerns: None Bio: Flora is a new arrival from our Mexico shelter; she was a house dog at the dog hoarding case. She has made many friends at TAP HQ, but we are still learning about her. Since she lived inside the home, she is more likely to be house trained. But she may resource guard food from other dogs. She recently had some surgery and had some teeth removed, but is otherwise in good health.
