Libby

Libby is a stunning 2-year-old black-and-white Great Dane female whose gentle spirit has never been broken, despite an unimaginable past. Rescued by a Good Samaritan from a cruelty case where she was left to live in muddy pits and starved, Libby is now safe and beginning her journey toward a healthy, happy life. While she's still much too thin and will need to complete heartworm treatment, her tail never stops wagging. This sweet girl is house trained, crate trained, rides beautifully in the car, and gets along wonderfully with dogs and kids. She doesn't bark, dig, or chew, and she's happiest giving kisses, draping herself across her favorite humans, and soaking up all the love she's been missing. Libby is incredibly food motivated, making her eager to learn as her foster family works on basic commands and leash skills. All she wants is a family to love with her whole heart—and after everything she's endured, this sweetheart deserves nothing less than a lifetime of kindness, full meals, and endless cuddles.
