Penelope

Meet spunky Penelope.y! When her owner became ill and could no longer care for her, she came to us. Penelope is 8 years old, spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is shy at first but is gentle and happy once she is comfortable with her surroundings and loves to be held. Penelope came to us with her younger sister Rey a Scottie who is five years old. Penelope is very bonded to Rey and our first desire is to place them together. We will accept applications for both or each dog from homes within a 100 mile radius of Washington DC.
